Speaker Bio:

As a former CEO, Chris Heileman understands the frustrations business leaders face. When he led an organization of 650 team members, he had a vision for the business, but no clear way to communicate that vision to his team.

Chris' experience with EOS is more than just theory. He's lived it. And he was so blown away by the process that he became an EOS Implementer himself.
